Lee is a homeschool dad of two and has been involved with BHSE since 2018. He graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. Lee is the Deputy Director of Transportation for the City of Murfreesboro.

Jared Frawley – BHSE Board Member, June 2020 - Present
Jared holds a degree in Accounting from Austin Peay State University and is a licensed CPA. He currently serves as the controller for the North American division of a global insurance company, where he brings strategic financial leadership and operational insight. Jared and his wife, Whitney, homeschool their three children and have been actively involved with BHSE since 2014. He joined the BHSE board in 2020, contributing his expertise and commitment to the organization’s mission. Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending quality time with his family and has a passion for hockey—whether he's watching, playing, or coaching the game.

Joe Peters - BHSE Board Member, April 2025 - Present
Joe Peters is the husband of Amber Peters and father of JJ Peters. They have been a part of BHSE since 2021. Joe has a Master's degree in forensic psychology from John Jay College and a Master's degree in business administration from Grand Valley State University. Joe is an HR Business Partner for Carhartt. Also, he serves as deacon at Sylvia Baptist Church. Joe enjoys hanging out with his family, running and playing golf with his son.
Aaron Senecal – BHSE Board Member, June 2020 - Present
Aaron Senecal is the husband of Julie and father of 4 homeschooled boys. The Senecal family has been at BHSE since 2013. Aaron has a Master's degree from Florida State University and is a residential mortgage loan officer with Atlantic Union Bank. Aaron enjoys hanging out with his family, coaching the boys in baseball and watching all sorts of sports.
